ESI Mass Spectrometry

After a short introduction into ESI-MS theory this course concerns the tryptic digest of 2D-gels plugs, sample preparation, measurement and data evaluation for nano-LC-ESI-mass spectrometry. Hands-on experience can be gathered in the crucial areas of sample preparation and ESI-MS spectra analysis.
